Instructions
Peel onions, cut off the top, and make vertical cuts to create a bloom while keeping the root intact.
Set up breading stations with flour, beaten egg, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
Dip each onion into flour, then egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F and spray onions lightly with oil.
Air fry for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
