Instructions
Season pork chops lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Brown pork chops in oil or butter over medium heat, then remove from skillet.
Sauté onions in the same skillet until softened.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and simmer until tender.
Notes
Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra depth of flavor.
