Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Season pork chops lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Brown pork chops in oil or butter over medium heat, then remove from skillet.
  • Sauté onions in the same skillet until softened.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  • Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and simmer until tender.

Notes

Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra depth of flavor.
