Instructions
Cook Italian sausage in olive oil until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic until fragrant.
Pour in cream and chicken broth, add seasoning, and simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season to taste.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
