Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
Whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and salt, then add to wet ingredients.
Roll dough into balls, place on baking sheet, and press pecans on top.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
Toast pecans first for deeper flavor.
