Instructions
Wash, dry, and cut zucchini into fry-shaped sticks.
Beat eggs in one bowl and mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, and seasoning in another.
Dip zucchini into egg, then coat in Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, or air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
Notes
Pat zucchini dry before coating for best crispiness.
