Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Soak breadcrumbs in milk until absorbed.
Mix soaked breadcrumbs with meat, onion, garlic, eggs, seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape into a loaf and place in a pan or on a baking sheet.
Simmer sauce ingredients in a saucepan for 10–15 minutes.
Top meatloaf with sauce and bake 55–70 minutes, adding more sauce near the end.
