Ingredients

  • 5 very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Mash bananas thoroughly until smooth.
  • Beat softened butter until creamy, then mix in bananas.
