Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Mix sugar and butter, then beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold in apples.
Layer batter and cinnamon sugar in pan, swirl gently, and bake 50–70 minutes.
Notes
Let cool before slicing to set the swirl.
