Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 200 g shrimp, chopped small
  • 200 g crab meat
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 200 g cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until just pink. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in crab and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheeses, lemon juice, and parsley until smooth.
  • Fold seafood into cheese mixture. Spread into baking dish and top with extra cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
