Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve butter crackers, crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a bowl.
  • Spread half of the chicken mixture into the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Layer the remaining chicken mixture over the cheese.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and cover with crushed crackers.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Great for make-ahead dinners. Assemble up to 24 hours in advance and bake when ready.
