Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Add onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add diced tomatoes and simmer briefly.
  • Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  • Fill tortillas with beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, and toppings.
  • Roll wraps tightly and serve warm.

Notes

Warm tortillas before assembling for easier rolling.
