Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Add onion and cook until softened.
Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add diced tomatoes and simmer briefly.
Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
Fill tortillas with beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, and toppings.
Roll wraps tightly and serve warm.
Notes
Warm tortillas before assembling for easier rolling.
