Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with extra cheese if desired.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
