Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook sausage with onion and bell pepper until browned. Add garlic and cook briefly. Drain.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread sausage in pie crust and top with cheeses.
Pour egg mixture evenly over filling.
Bake 35–45 minutes until center is set.
Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Drain sausage well to avoid excess moisture. Let the pie rest before slicing.
