Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie plate and chill.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk.
  • Slowly add lemonade, then stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
  • Pour filling into crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate until set.

Notes

Chill at least 4 hours for clean slices.
