Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a sheet pan.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.
Melt butter and peanut butter, bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
Stir dry ingredients into the hot mixture, then add milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Spread batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare frosting by melting butter and peanut butter, then stirring in milk and powdered sugar.
Spread warm frosting over cooled bars and let set before slicing.
