Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare mushrooms by removing stems.
Brush mushroom caps with oil or butter and season lightly.
Mix crab meat, cream cheese, shredded cheese, Parmesan, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Fill mushroom caps generously with crab mixture and top with extra cheese.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and tender.
Notes
Avoid over-mixing the filling to keep the crab tender.
