heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk

sugar-free sweetener (allulose or baking blend)

unsalted butter
Instructions
Heat cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add sweetener and butter. Stir until fully dissolved and smooth.
Simmer gently for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half.
Remove from heat and cool. Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate.
Notes
Thickens further as it cools. Stir before using.
