Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free sweetener (allulose or baking blend)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Heat cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Add sweetener and butter. Stir until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Simmer gently for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half.
  • Remove from heat and cool. Transfer to an airtight jar and refrigerate.

Notes

Thickens further as it cools. Stir before using.
