Instructions
Melt butter in a shallow bowl and mix sugar with cinnamon in another bowl.
Cut biscuits into thirds and separate pieces.
Dip each biscuit piece in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
Place pieces evenly in a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuit bites if desired.
Notes
Use standard refrigerated biscuits for best texture.
