Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (standard size)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a shallow bowl and mix sugar with cinnamon in another bowl.
  • Cut biscuits into thirds and separate pieces.
  • Dip each biscuit piece in butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  • Place pieces evenly in a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  • Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuit bites if desired.

Notes

Use standard refrigerated biscuits for best texture.
