Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape mixture into 4–5 oval patties.
Brown patties briefly in oil and transfer to a baking dish.
Make gravy by melting butter, whisking in flour, then adding broth and seasonings.
Pour gravy over patties, cover, and bake 30–35 minutes.
