Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups keto-friendly chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 0.5 cup keto-friendly sticky sweetener
  • 0.25 cup refined coconut oil
  • 3 cups mixed nuts and seeds, toasted and chopped

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Toast nuts and seeds at 325°F for 8–10 minutes and cool completely.
  • Melt chocolate, nut butter, sweetener, and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Fold in toasted nuts and seeds until evenly coated.
  • Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
  • Chill until set, then slice into bars.

Notes

Chill fully before slicing for clean edges.
