Instructions
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Remove beef and sauté onion and bell pepper in butter until soft and caramelized.
Return beef to pan, mix well, and let filling cool slightly.
Place cheese and beef mixture onto egg roll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
Fry egg rolls in hot oil until golden brown. Drain and serve warm.
Notes
Let the filling cool slightly before wrapping to prevent soggy wrappers.
