Instructions
Add carrots, celery, and green onions to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
Notes
