Instructions
Place almond bark and chocolate chips into a crockpot. Melt on low, stirring occasionally.
Stir in pecans and cook on low for 15 minutes.
Line muffin tins with paper liners and place one caramel in each.
Spoon chocolate mixture over caramels to cover completely.
Cool until solid, then store in an airtight container.
Notes
Keep crockpot on low to prevent scorching. Store in a cool, airtight container.
