Instructions
Grate the cheese and slice the tomato. Pat tomato slices dry.
Layer cheese, tomato, Worcestershire sauce, and more cheese between bread slices.
Spread butter or mayonnaise on the outside of the bread.
Grill sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat until golden and melted.
Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Pat tomatoes dry to prevent sogginess. Use medium heat for even browning.
