Ingredients:
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 2–3 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, flank, or your favorite cut)
Instructions:
- Make the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, brown sugar, pepper, and paprika.
- Marinate the steak: Place steaks in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over them, making sure meat is coated well.
- Chill: Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight (the longer, the better!).
- Cook your steak: Grill, broil, or pan-sear to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
- Pair with baked potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad.
- Slice thinly for steak sandwiches or fajitas.
💡 Tips:
- Reserve a little marinade (before adding raw steak) to brush on during grilling for extra flavor.
- This works beautifully for chicken or pork too!
