Ingredients:
- 4 slices of thick-cut bread (Texas toast or sourdough works great)
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons softened butter (for spreading)
- Optional: sliced tomato or red onion for a fresh twist
Directions:
- Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all three cheeses together.
- Spread ranch dressing on one side of each bread slice.
- On the other side, spread softened butter (this will be the outer side that toasts).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one slice of bread (butter side down) into the skillet, then layer with cheese, bacon, and optional toppings.
- Top with another slice of bread (butter side up).
- Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted—about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Slice and serve hot while it’s gloriously gooey!
