

Ingredients:
- 3 bags (10–12 oz each) frozen corn
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup milk or heavy cream
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions or parsley
Instructions:
- Load the slow cooker: Add frozen corn, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, butter, and milk/cream into the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours (or HIGH for 1½–2 hours), stirring occasionally until creamy and fully melted.
- Add bacon: Stir in half of the crumbled bacon just before serving.
- Top it off: Sprinkle the remaining bacon on top along with green onions or parsley for garnish.
- Serve hot & cheesy!
