

Ingredients:
- 2–3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Swirl in caramel: Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, drizzle with caramel, and swirl lightly with a knife. Add the rest of the batter and repeat with more caramel.
- Bake: Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Finish: Cool slightly, then drizzle with extra caramel and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
