🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach or shredded lettuce
- Roasted red peppers or banana peppers (optional, for extra zing)
👩🍳 Directions:
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned cream cheese over it.
- Layer with 2 slices each of ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone.
- Add a small handful of spinach or lettuce, and a few strips of roasted red peppers if using.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (helps them hold their shape).
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels just before serving.
