

Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (peas, carrots, or broccoli)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, soup, sour cream, milk, 1 cup cheddar cheese, veggies, and seasonings. Stir until blended.
- Layer in dish: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Add topping: Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and hot.
- Cheesy finish: Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes, until melted.
