- 1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Club crackers)
- 8–10 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top (for best crispiness).
- Assemble the crackers: Lay crackers flat on the baking rack. Place one piece of bacon on top of each cracker.
- Sweet topping: Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar over each bacon-topped cracker.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized. (Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!)
