🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 works great)
- 2 tbsp oil or beef drippings
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
