

Ingredients:
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced roasted red peppers (from a jar, drained)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the cheddar, pepper jack, roasted red peppers, and green onion.
- Spoon mixture into a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, crackers, or veggies!
