

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Make the patties: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and shape into 6–8 oval patties.
- Brown (optional but recommended): In a skillet, quickly brown patties on each side to lock in flavor.
- Prepare the slow cooker: Place sliced onions and mushrooms in the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange patties on top.
- Make the gravy: In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, gravy mix, and water. Pour over patties.
- Slow cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until patties are cooked through and tender.
- Serve: Spoon patties and rich gravy over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
