- 2 (3.5 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 can chocolate frosting (or homemade ganache)
Instructions:
- Make pudding filling: In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
- Layer dessert: In a 9×13-inch pan, arrange a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top. Add another layer of graham crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Top with chocolate: Remove foil from frosting and microwave for 20–30 seconds until soft and pourable. Spread evenly over the top graham cracker layer.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to let the layers soften and flavors blend.
- Serve & enjoy: Slice into squares and watch it disappear!
